Following a portal

Prerequisites

  • “Audit trail” permission enabled on the Configuration > Access group (CM011) menu.
  • Portal shared publicly or with the logged user.
  • Access to the Portals menu.

 

Introduction

Portals transform data into graphical dashboards. Therefore, they are considered instruments to assist in the analysis and communication of results.

When you follow a portal, it will be listed on the Portals menu from the general system menus bar:

Thus, it is easier to track them and access them.

 

Following a portal

1. After opening the Portals menu, click on See all.

2. At this point, the list of portals will be displayed.

3. Choose the portal you wish to track and click on Follow.

User following the steps described above to follow a portal.

 

Conclusion

Now, the user will be able to follow portals. Followed portals will be displayed on the Portal menu from the general system menus bar!
